If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return unused items within 30 days from the day of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- If the product is damaged we will refund the value of the returned damaged product to your original method of payment or send you an exact replacement product (we will pay the return and replacement product postage). We cannot send you a different product as a replacement.
- Exchanges – If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour and would like to swap, then we will refund you for the wrong item once the return has been received and inspected. We then ask you to place a new order for the right patch.
- If you no longer want an unopened/unused product (within 30 days of receipt), we will only refund the value of the returned product to your original method of payment (returns postage to be paid by the customer).
Follow these steps to return your online purchase:
1. Condition – Your purchase must be in a sellable condition with original packaging and barcode label intact. Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used.
2. Package your return – Please use the original delivery bag if you still have it, and complete the returns form in full which you will find inside your parcel.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
4. When returning your purchase please allow 14 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed or your replacement to be dispatched.
5. We will email you to let you know when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving your parcel. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to show in your account.
6. Please note that any items that are returned damaged or used will be denied a refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer.

If we have sent a product in error or it is faulty, damaged, or of unsatisfactory condition, we will refund the postage and packaging charges you have paid to receive and return that product.
